Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY 

Thank you for your order! Each piece is handmade in our New Orleans studio, and we take great care in preparing your order for shipment.

We're a small studio, so please allow 2-5 Business days for processing before shipment. Processing times may vary based on studio workload. 

LOCAL PICKUP 

Local pickup may be available for select orders from our New Orleans studio. If pickup is available for your order, this option will appear at checkout. Customers will be contacted once the order is ready.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

At this time, international shipping availability may be limited. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or brokerage charges required by their country.

DAMAGED PACKAGES 

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Photograph the packaging and damaged items immediately
  2. Contact us within 72 hours of delivery at contact@donovanceramics.com
  3. Retain all packaging materials until the claim is resolved

We will work with you to repair, replace, or refund damaged items where possible.

LOST OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS 

Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, shipping delays are outside our control. However, we will assist customers in locating missing shipments and filing carrier claims when applicable.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION 

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.
