Specifications
- All tiles are ~3/8" thick, with slight size variation (±1/16") inherent to the handmade process. We recommend a minimum 1/8" grout joint to accommodate variation and ensure a consistent finish.
- Each tile is keyed on the back to improve adhesion. For best results, we recommend using a polymer-modified thinset compound for installation. Consult a professional installer to confirm best practices for your specific use-case.
Environment & Care
- Our tile is made from vitreous stoneware with a water absorption of <1.5%, making it well suited for wet areas and outdoor applications. While the tile body is water and frost resistant, overall performance in wet or freeze/thaw conditions depends on proper installation. Consult a professional installer to confirm best practices for your specific use-case.
- Avoid highly corrosive cleaners and abrasives (e.g. bleach, steel wool). These may damage the tile over time, and will erode your grout joints.
- Our tile does not require sealing, however you may wish to seal your grout joints depending on your use case. If you're unsure, please consult your installer.
